  • Title: "Haggai 1:9-10"
  • Media: Acrylic on Canvas
  • Original Size: 16" x 20
  • Can you see the weeping angels? Is this the state of our Lord's church today? The sadly neglected church falls into ruin with no sustaining human hand to restore it, because no one cares. This was a real place and now the building has been demolished and replaced by...a pharmacy. One is led to wonder, does this represent treating the symptoms but not the root of the disease?
  • Title: "The Bride of Prophecy"
  • Media: Acrylic on Canvas
  • Original Size: 18" x 24"
  • Can you find the demonic spirits that think they have destroyed this church? How many can you find? They challenge the youthful, refreshed 'Bride' that has risen from the ruins of the church. She lifts her sword of 'The Word'. With her armor shining, she is READY to do battle!
  • Title: "Bride of Joel 3
  • Media: Acrylic on Canvas
  • Original Size: "
  • Taken from the chapters of the Old Testament Book of Joel! The Bride arises to take up her work. Bravely reaping the endtime harvest. She steps out in Faith and Hope to protect the souls of the harvest from the Enemy before her Bridegroom returns!
  • Title: "Matthew 25:1-13"
  • Media: Acrylic on Canvas
  • Original Size: 36" x 48"
  • Taken from the New Testament Book of Matthew. The parable of the ten virgins and the Bridegroom, grows even more fascinating when you learn about the ancient Hebrew practices surrounding marriage. It makes this passage in Matthew all the more important and so much clearer!
  • In ancient Hebrew custom, the bridegroom would get the brides approval of him as her bridegroom, then he would leave, go to his father's house and begin building on rooms for his bride. The bride meanwhile must make herself ready and be ready to go at ANY time. The bridegroom himself doesn't know exactly when he will come for her. He must wait for his FATHER to approve the additions he has made and all of his preparations for her. Once he gets his FATHER's approval, the bridegroom rides through the dark streets in the middle of the night to go get his bride! She has to be ready to go whenever he surprises her and shows up!
  • Look up, lift up your heads, for very soon... The Bridegroom shall return!
  • Interesting note:The artist agonized over giving the Lord a countenance, until in her spirit she heard a question asked. "Do you love your children's drawings?" Puzzled, she answered of course she 'loved' their drawings, they were done with love. Just then, she was interrupted by an exhuberant six-year old handing her a curly-headed stick figure. "That's you, Mom! I love you!" She heard in her spirit, "Do you understand now, how I feel about my children portraying me?"

  • Title: "Paid in Full"
  • The Lion of Judah, King of all nations and people, reflects on 'the price'. It was indeed, paid in FULL on the cross. To know that moment, with all the pain and physical agony, that even Father God had to look away from Jesus, HIS Beloved SON. The ultimate sacrifice for Jesus was experiencing such agony within HIS spirit for US!! What an awesome GOD we serve!! His majesty is deserving of the title, Lion of the Tribe of Judah! As this piece was painted, Jesus reminded the artist *we* are HIS pearls of great price. He paid HIS very blood to purchase us; our joy, our peace, our freedom! What love HE has for us!
  • Title: "The Rebellious Lamb"
  • The ancient Hebrew shepherds were faced with a dilemna when they had a rebellious lamb. The lamb would wander away from the flock on repeated occasions. This put the small lamb in great danger. Because the shepherd was in charge of the lambs and all the lambs were important, he would break the legs of the rebellious lamb and carry it about his neck. This meant the lamb HAD to rely on the shepherd for EVERYTHING. The lamb learned the shepherds voice well and when the legs were healed, the lamb now was hopefully dependant upon the shepherd. How sad but true, sometimes we are just like that rebellious lamb in our walk with Jesus, the Christ!
  • Title: 'THE BRIDE IN CHAINS'
  • Media: Acrylic on Canvas
  • Original Size: 36" x 24"
  • Price of Original: $500.00
  • One of the most provocative pieces to date. Many denominations are guilty of placing the chains of 'religiousity and law' upon its membership. However, the Holy Bible says, '...whom Christ sets free is free indeed!' The artist feels the Body of Christ must remember something, Jesus does NOT want his Bride to be a VICTIM! If she is being chained, she must not remain so, or she has failed to heed His words. '...no one can separate us from the love of God.' No one, except ourselves...
  • Title: "THROUGH WHOSE EYES?"
  • This piece is food for thought. Through whose eyes do we see ourselves? Do we allow the enemy to tell us what we are like? Do we listen? Unfortunately, most of the time that is EXACTLY who we allow to give us our self-image. Jesus wants very much to change all of that. He sees us in a much different way than we see ourselves, because HE loved us enough to shed HIS blood for us!
